Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As VVB Belgelendirme – Certification, Training and Auditing (“VVB Belgelendirme”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we process the personal data you share through our website within the framework described below.

Personal data processed

Your full name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the content of your message, as submitted through the contact form.

Purposes of processing

  • Responding to your quote, information and contact requests;
  • Carrying out a preliminary assessment of the services you request;
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations.

Legal basis and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” and “the legitimate interests of the data controller”, and on your explicit consent.

Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions only where legally required and only for the purposes above. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to object, and to claim compensation for damages.
